1) Order Processing Time
We process orders within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after [2:00 PM MST] may begin processing the next business day.
- During busy periods (holidays, sales, restocks), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
2) Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers such as [USPS / UPS / FedEx] depending on your location and the service selected at checkout.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Shipping method selected

4) Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
United States

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or customs processing.
5) Tracking Information
When your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout.
If you don’t see the email:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Email us at marketing@malikaknives.store and include your order number
6) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refused delivery
- Unclaimed package
You may be responsible for the cost to reship the package. If you choose not to reship, we may issue a refund minus shipping costs (where allowed).
7) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Carrier Delays
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. We’ll still help you track it and provide any shipping documents you need.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for [7] days (domestic) or [14] days (international), contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.
Stolen Packages / Marked “Delivered”
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Check with neighbors/household members
- Check building mailrooms/front desk
- Contact the carrier directly
If it still can’t be located, email us and we’ll guide you through next steps. Malika Knives is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, but we will help you file a claim where possible.
8) Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Email marketing@malikaknives.store within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The packaging/box
- The shipping label
We’ll evaluate and offer a resolution (replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation).
9) International Duties & Customs (If Offered)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Customs delays can occur and are outside our control.
10) Shipping Restrictions (Knives)
Local laws and restrictions can vary by state/country. By placing an order, you confirm that the items you’re purchasing are legal to import, own, and use in your jurisdiction.
We may cancel or refund orders if shipping to a destination is restricted.
